250ml (1 cup) All Gold Tomato Sauce
125ml (½ cup) orange juice
30ml (2 tbsps) Holbrooks Worcestershire sauce
15ml (1 tbsp) finely grated orange zest
3ml (½ tsp) chili powder
2ml (¼ tsp) cayenne pepper
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer 5 minutes or until thickened.
2. Serve warm or cool as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, chicken grilled prawns or chicken wings.
