
Spaghetti with Garlic and Tomato Paste

Ingredients
500g Fattis & Monis spaghetti
65ml (¼ cup) olive oil
60ml (4 tbsps) All Gold Tomato Paste
15ml (1 tbsp) crushed garlic
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
30ml (2 tbsps) chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
15ml (1 tbsp) finely shredded fresh basil
4 spring onions, finely sliced (optional)
50g (½ cup) Parmesan or mozzarella cheese (optional)
1. Cook spaghetti according to instructions on packet. In a large heavy based saucepan, add olive oil, All Gold Tomato Paste, garlic and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
2. Add parsley and basil, drain spaghetti and add. Cook over moderately low heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
