Bacon-wrapped Pork with Marmalade Glaze

Serves: 6 Prep Time: 2 HRS


  • 1x boneless leg of pork or pork loin
  • 15ml (1 tablespoons) barbecue spice
  • 15ml (1 tablespoon) lemon & herb spice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 to 7 slices bacon
  • Glaze:
  • 90ml (1/3 cup) ALL GOLD sweet orange marmalade
  • 90ml (1/3 cup) chilli sauce
  • 30ml (2 tablespoons) Dijon mustard

Preparation method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Combine barbecue spice, lemon & herb, salt and freshly ground black pepper; rub the mixture all over the roast. 3. Put the roast in a foil lined baking dish. Arrange bacon over the pork, tucking the ends under the roast. 4. Roast in oven for 60 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients. Generously brush the glaze mixture over the roast and continue roasting for a further 15 minutes.
